Reservation information

- After requesting a reservation, once payment is completed according to the payment method, a text message will be sent confirming the reservation completion and providing information.

- If payment is not made within 12 hours of application, the reservation will be cancelled.

- If 'reservation requests' overlap on the same day, reservation confirmation will be processed in the order of application, not in the order of payment.

- To cancel your reservation, please text/call 0504-0904-2001.

- Cash receipts can only be issued within 3 days from the date of accommodation. Please be sure to apply in advance as it will not be issued for past dates.

- In case of commercial filming or rental, please call in advance to inquire.

Things to check before booking

- For safety reasons, the stairs leading to and from the duplex are operated as a no-kids zone. Please understand. (No children under 12 years old).

- The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. Please refrain from using the outside yard after midnight.

- When increasing the volume of the basement speakers, please close the staircase door.

- Entry of visitors other than those staying overnight is strictly restricted. Please note that the responsibility for this lies with the guest.

Room Rate

- The exact room rate can be confirmed after selecting the itinerary.

- This accommodation has a standard occupancy of 2 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

- For reservations for 3 people, an additional charge of 50,000 won will be incurred.

- For reservations for 4 people, an additional charge of 100,000 won will be incurred.

- For reservations for 5 people, an additional charge of 150,000 won will be incurred. 

- For reservations of 6 people, an additional charge of 200,000 won will be incurred.

- 1 additional set of double mattresses are provided for reservations of 3-4 people, and 2 additional sets of double mattresses are provided for reservations of 5-6 people.

- Entry of visitors other than those staying overnight is strictly restricted. Please note that the responsibility for this lies with the guest.

- If you stay for more than 3 nights, we provide a free mid-cleaning service that includes changing bedding and towels and taking out trash.

Consecutive night discount

- If you stay for 2 or more consecutive nights, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price.

- At the payment stage when making a reservation, the discount amount is automatically applied. -10% of the total amount.

- Does not apply in conjunction with promotional discounts.

Facilities and supplies

- It consists of the first floor of a Hanok with an attractive numaru and the basement of a modern studio type.

- The latest audio devices such as AR2 Speaker and Rose Hifi are installed.

- Compensation fees may be charged for damage to facilities and supplies.

- Contamination is easily absorbed as the flooring is made of traditional paper. If contamination occurs, please remove it immediately.

Use of kitchen

- Cooking food that emits smoke or odor is not allowed in the room's kitchen.

- Facilities necessary for cooking are provided, including a refrigerator, gas range, electric kettle, tableware, and cooking utensils.

- Gas ranges may cause fire, so be sure to close the gas valve when not in use.

CCTV and operation guide

- Due to the unmanned nature of the accommodation, CCTV is installed at the front door to prevent crime.

Parking

- Public transportation is recommended when using Seochon Yeongrakjae, but if you must bring a car, please inquire before arrival.
